FAQ
Login error - Invalid IP address

Go to the main machine. (This will usually be the one that can log in).

Select the Start button, type cmd in the Search box and press your Enter key.

Type ipconfig and press your Enter key. Look in the list for ipv4 and write down the string of numbers and dots (e.g. 192.168.1.1).

You will need to update this in the TSS log in screen of all the machines (except the main one) by clicking the arrow next to the username and entering in the new IP address.

Click on the white sheet of paper to the right to save your changes.

You should now be able to log in.

Login error - Firebird not running

Go to the main machine

You will need to be able to log into this machine (contact your IT company if you don’t have the login information/permission to do this)

Make sure all machines are logged out of all Hire & Event CAD

Press CTRL+SHIFT+ESC on your keyboard then select the Services tab

Find FirebirdGuardianDefaultInstance in the list
-
Right click on in and select Restart or alternatively Stop then Restart

This should allow all users to log back in
