We are a software company, developing technologies to help event hire businesses manage their everyday operations.

At T S Solutions Limited, we are committed to maintaining your privacy. We never share or sell our emails lists with other companies and businesses. This Privacy Policy will explain when and why we collect your personal information, how we store it and how we keep it secure.

What information do we collect?

Our website, unlike most, does not store cookies, use Google Analytics or any other tool to collect information about you, your location or your web visiting habits.

We do however, store company information such as your company name, address, telephone number, email addresses etc. when you email/call us with an enquiry.

What do we use it for?

T S Solutions Limited uses your information where necessary in relation to our contract such as invoicing, technical service issues, feature announcements and news regarding products and services.

Mail list information is stored in order to answer your queries, inform you of any new products or services and to check that you are happy and satisfied. Mailing lists are compiled and delivered in-house and we do not rent, sell or trade emails with other organisations or businesses. You can unsubscribe to these mailings at any time by clicking on the link at the bottom of emails.

We maintain the confidentiality of your information and protect it by reasonable security safeguards against loss or theft, as well as unauthorised access, use, disclosure, copying or modification.
